Guam - The jury in the Chad DeSoto case returned a guilty verdict. He was found guilty on all charges of killing three people and injuring several others when he drove his car down a crowded street in Tumon plowing through tourists. He then crashed his car into the ABC Store underneath the Outrigger Resort and began stabbing people. The tragedy in Tumon occurred in February last year. He had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. The jury deliberated on the verdict for over one week.
