Police investigating fatal Hagatna auto-pedestrian incident

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division was activated last night to investigate a fatal auto-pedestrian incident that occurred in Hagatna. According to acting police spokesperson Paul Tapao a man was crossing the street near Chamorro Village at around 9pm when he was struck by a Toyota 4-Runner.

"The traffic at the time was very light inclement weather heavy, a downpour heavy to moderate downpour," he explained.

The name of the victim has not yet been identified and no arrests have been made at this time.
