Guam - The Guam Election Commission is waiting for the final signatures from vendor Election Systems & Software before any of the three new tabulation machines are shipped to Guam. Executive director Maria Pangelinan says the contract was sent to ES&S last week and returned yesterday without the required signatures. She expects everything to finalize this week. Meanwhile, Pangelinan says over the weekend ballots were sent to the printer for design and layout and will begin printing 100,000 of them today - 50,000 each for the partisan and non-partisan races. She adds 40 UOCAVA ballots will be sent off-island Wednesday and are due 10 days after the primary election.
