Jathan Tedtaotao violates deferred plea

Guam - It looks like Jathan Tedtaotao will serve an additional three years behind bars for violating conditions of a deferred plea he entered back in 2012.

Conditions required that he obey all laws of Guam, but he failed to do so when he pleaded guilty to the Bank of Guam robbery and Yigo firearms burglary earlier this year.

The sentencing for the robbery and burglary are pending, but the court noted Tedtaotao faces sixteen to twenty one years for the combined crimes. The judge will decide at a later date whether the sentencing will run consecutive or concurrent.
