State funeral for Sen. Ben Pangelinan on Wednesday

Guam - State Memorial Services have been scheduled for the late Sen. Ben Pangelinan. According to a press release from Speaker Judi Won Pat's office she will be calling the Legislature into Session on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.7, followed by a State Memorial Service Honoring the late Honorable  Vicente "Ben" C. Pangelinan, Senator and former Speaker at 4:00 p.m. at the Kiosko, Plaza de Espana, Hagatna, Guam.

The late Senator passed away last week. He served more than 20 years in the Guam Legislature. He was described by his colleagues as a fighter for the people of Guam and a true Statesman.
