Woman indicted for fraud

Guam - Two women have been indicted on visa fraud charges.

According to court documents Chih Ling Liu (aka, "Ashley") and Shih Ya Hung (aka, "Angie") are accused of posing as tourists and traveled from Taiwan to the territory under the Guam CNMI Visa Waiver Program.

Their real intentions however were to find employment which is a violation of the Guam CNMI Visa Waiver Program and visa waiver program.

The two are scheduled to be arraigned in the District Court on July 23.
