1988 Bachelor's degree from University of Denver in Business Personnel Management
1990 M.B.A from University of Denver in Business Finance and Economics 
Elected to the 24th,25th, 26th, 27th (Vice Speaker), 28th, 30th and present 32nd Guam Legislature 
Chaired several committees while in office at the Guam Legislature 
Presently a Major in the Guam Air National Guard, and Chief of Logistics for the 254th Air Base Group. Supported Operation Enduring Freedom with deployments in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2011. 
Current Chair for the Committee on the Guam U.S Military Relocation, Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs and the Judiciary for the 32nd Guam Legislature

 I have always respected the will of the people, and in response to their will I would like to continue building on progress essential to further improve the quality of life for our the people of Guam .  Our people want opportunities to better provide for their families: they want quality education, safe neighborhoods, and jobs that provide more than the bare minimum. They need action, and they need solutions from their elected leaders.

    Two elementary students found with multiple bruises on their body resulted in police arresting a 27 year old mother. Krystal Rose Flores San Juan is charged with two counts of family violence.
