Tropical storm moving away from Guam

Guam - Tropical Storm Neoguri is now 170 miles southwest of Guam. However a high surf advisory, small craft advisory, wind advisory are in effect. S-SE winds of up to 25-35MPH with gusts of up to 50 MPH are expected today. They will subside to 20-30MPH tonight.
