Storm possible early Friday

Guam - According to latest advisory from the National Weather Service Tropical Depression 08W is likely to develop into a Tropical Storm early Friday. It is expected to pass Southwest of Guam Friday night.  As of 1:22 this afternoon, the Tropical Depression was located about 315 miles South-Southeast of Guam and moving West-Northwest at 12mph.  It expected to turn Northwest tonight and Friday. For Guam, Rota Tinian and Saipan on Friday and Saturday winds are expected to kick up to 20-30 miles per hour with gusts of up to 40-miles per hour in showers.  If you live in low lying or flood-prone areas be prepared for the possibility of flooding.
