Guam - It appears Ricky Mcintosh Jr. won't be heading to trial just yet. The court noted that although jury selection was scheduled for today, the defendant waived his right to speedy trial just yesterday.

If you recall, McIntosh was recently acquitted of all Bank of Guam robbery charges but hours after his release was re-arrested for a Yigo burglary where his fingerprints were found on a jewelry box.

His next court appearance is slated for September 19.
