Guam - The Guam Police Department is conducting an investigation into a breakin that occurred at the Governor's office. According to the Governor's Communications Director Troy Torres the breakin was discovered Sunday morning.
Torres added a window was broken into where Telo Taitague's office is located which is also in the bay containing the offices of the Governor's advisors on education, medical and health care, and military affairs.
