Guam - The Democrats announced its gubernatorial team of former governor Carl Gutierrez and Attorney Gary Gumataotao will file with the Guam Election Commission on Monday at 11 in the morning.

"Like no other election I have ever seen, since 1970 I've been involved in election of the governor of Guam, that it ever came from the ground up and we became the anointed candidates for the democratic party of Guam with every faction coming together, it's unprecedented," Gutierrez told KUAM News.

The party also announced the launch of its Facebook page and campaign officers for the Gutierrez-Gumataotao team with Joaquin Perez and Dr. Nerissa Underwood as co-chairs, Vince Arriola as treasurer and Leonora Fleming Bordallo as secretary. It was yesterday when the Eddie Calvo-Ray Tenorio team filed with the GEC submitting close to 11,000 signatures of petitions.
