Guam - Following the announcement by Governor Eddie Calvo at the graduation ceremony for the Simon Sanchez stating that the request for proposal for $100,000 for school facility renovations was ready to go deputy superintendent Rob Malay says a visit to the school campus was held earlier this week.

"The RFP was issue last week and earlier this week they had a visit to the school to discuss the packet and to look at the school campus so that interested vendors can submit their bid and their proposal to meet the requirements of the RFP," she said.

Malay says there has been a lot of interest in the RFP making this exciting for Home of the Sharks. Renovations are scheduled to begin in December addressing many concerns brought up by the students regarding the dilapidating conditions at the campus.
