Guam - 28-year-old Vincent Jesse Quitanilla is being held behind bars on $100,000 cash bail charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.

According to court documents, a witness stated Quintanilla had used a two-foot long pipe to strike at Manuel Cabrera on Saturday night. Police responded to the Dededo disturbance where they found Manuel bleeding from the head and lying in a pool of blood.

Nursing supervisor Josie Zamora says Cabrera remains in stable condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital.

Quintanilla's next court appearance is slated for June 19th before Judge Michael Bordallo.
