Ricky McIntosh heading back to court for burglary

Guam - He may have been acquitted of all charges in the Bank of Guam robbery earlier this year, but it looks like Ricky McIntosh, Jr. will head to trial again - this time for burglary. Jathan Tedtaotao failed to testify against McIntosh and codefendants Vincent Santos and Antonio Quitugua in the bank robbery jury trial last month. The same day McIntosh was released however, he was re-arrested hours later in connection with a Yigo burglary where his fingerprints were found on a jewelry box.
