Guam - The Community Access Points program is now available for Tamuning residents.

The CAP initiative is a partnership between the Guam Community College, the Guam Contractor's Association, the Guam Chamber of commerce and the Mayors Council of Guam.

The program provides residents access to free online training via the Keytrain component of Workkeys, a job assessment and training program offered by GCC. The program is designed to help people to become workforce ready by providing the tools needed to complete skill levels offered on Keytrain.
