Thousands updating account info in wake of mail mishap

Guam - The Guam Power Authority has received a phenomenal response from thousands of customers who were affected by the US Postal Service mail mishap.  Last month GPA sent out notification letters to customers asking that they update their account information. According to acting GPA utility service administrator Richard Bersamin customer service has been inundated with literally thousands of account information updates ranging from USPS mailing addresses, email address and phone number changes. He added they are updating as fast as GPA reps can enter them into their system. Bersamin thanks customers for their cooperation.
