Wire fraud lands man with 6-month home confinement sentence

Guam - Ramachandran Vadivello was sentenced to six months home confinement followed by five years probation. Vadivello who was the owner of a construction company which employed H-2b workers signed a plea agreement admitting to committing wire fraud.  Vadivellu owned Transrama Guam and admitted to employing foreign workers and paying them illegal wages of between $2 to $6 per hour.

He was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims in the amount of $117,197.29.
