Guam - Three of the four defendants arrested in connection for the Bank of Guam robbery back in February were acquitted this afternoon.

This after the government's star witness, Jathan Tedtaotao, refused to testify against his codefendants.

As we've been reporting, Tedtaotao and Ricky McIntosh Jr. allegedly entered the bank armed with a handgun taking $11,000 from teller drawers. Vincent Santos was the accused getaway driver while Antonio Quitugua is the accused lookout before the robbery occurred.

This information was provided by Tedtaotao who entered a plea agreement with the government last week on the condition he testify against his codefendants. During jury trial today however, he took the stand but told the court he would not testify.

Without Tedtaotao's testimony, defense attorneys all filed motions for acquittal. The court granted their motions.
