Guam - He's accused of armed robbery and burglary and come Wednesday morning, Jathan Tedtaotao is slated to enter plea agreements for both cases.

At court today, Judge James Canto noted the defendant was required to wear shackles to proceedings as a result of acting out. On the condition that Tedtaotao behave, the court granted that he be free from restraint for tomorrow's change of plea.

As we've been reporting, Tedtaotao is one of the two alleged gunmen in February's Bank of Guam robbery. He was arrested along with Ricky Mcintosh Jr., Vincent Santos, and Antonio Quitugua.

Tedtaotao was also arrested for allegedly stealing firearms from a Yigo home.

His change of plea is scheduled for 9am.
