Guam - The Department of Corrections awaits the chest x-rays of the 17 individuals who tested as positive reactors for tuberculosis last week.

According to DepCor spokesperson Jeff Limo, the individuals were referred to Guam Radiology for further testing. As we've been reporting, a pre-trial detainee was confirmed to have active TB last month prompting the mass screenings throughout DepCor.

Limo expects the results later this week, which will conclude the testing for the Mangilao Detention Facility. Although 60 initially tested as positive reactors in the first screening, further testings came back negative.
