Guam - Amos Ueda has signed a plea agreement with the feds. He along with Frederick Obak and Guam Customs officer Jayvin Ueda Remoket were indicted on drug charges earlier this month. The three are charged with conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of crystal meth. Remoket however faced additional charges because he's accused of tipping off his co-conspirators about a search warrant for a package.  Ueda confessed that a package was addressed to his work at Staywell in January, but was warned through text messages from Obak and Remoket not to receive the package which contained more than 1,000 grams of drugs. Ueda admitted that he was supposed accept the package for Obak. He also confessed that they were told via text message from Remoket to delete all text and their Whatsapp messages.
