Guam - It appears one of the gunmen in the Yigo Bank of Guam robbery earlier this year will be tried separately from his co-defendants.

At the Superior Court this morning, Judge James Canto granted the prosecution's motion to sever Jathan Tedtaotao from his co-defendants.

Tedtaotao and Ricky Mcintosh Jr. are the alleged gunmen who stole from the teller drawers while Vincent Santos is the alleged getaway driver.

Tedtaotao has waived his right to speedy trial and will return on May 20 for a criminal trial setting.

Meanwhile, McIntosh and Santos have asserted their right to speedy trial and will return on May 7 for jury selection and trial.
