Guam - The Nimitz Hill home invasion case should have come to a close as co-actors Raymond Tedtaotao and Anthony Mendiola were slated for restitution hearings on Tuesday afternoon.

That didn't happen though as counsel requested time to review the restitution summary resulting in a continuation of proceedings until May 15.

As we've been reporting, Tedtaotao and Mendiola were convicted for forcing their way into the residence of Rebecca Piper where they brutally beat her leaving her unconscious as they robbed her and fled. Tedtaotao was sentenced to life behind bars while Mendiola received a twenty one year sentence. Co-actor Kyle Cruz was sentenced to five years.
