Short for Saturation Patrol Enforcement Area Response, the operation focuses on making law enforcement more visible within the community during daytime hours.

Police Chief Fred Bordallo said, "We're going to continue to do this and I assure the public that when we do this it's mainly to concentrate on the daytime with people who are their residence while others are at work 1442 it's timely now with spring break coming around and kids out."

Bordallo asks that residents call Guam Crime Stoppers or his office if they want law enforcement present in their villages or if they have any information relative to crimes.

The number to call is 477-HELP.
