Guam - One of the four men arrested in connection with the Yigo Bank of Guam robbery appeared in court this afternoon.

During his arraignment, Jathan Tedtaotao pleaded not guilty to the charges and asserted his right to a speedy trial.

As we've been reporting, Tedtaotao and Ricky Mcintosh Jr. are the alleged gunmen during the heist. Vincent Santos and Antonio Quitugua were also arrested in connection to the case.

Santos is the alleged getaway driver while Quitugua is the alleged lookout before the bank robbery.

Tedtaotao is scheduled for a motion hearing on April 22. The government has requested that his case be severed from his codefendants.
