Men caught with military rocket launcher plead not guilty

Guam - Ivan Cabrera and Donald Aldan pleaded not guilty during an arraingnment hearing today in the Superior Court. The two were arrested in late March after a search warrant was executed at a home along Swamp Road in Dededo. The search was part of a local and federal investigation into stolen property. Law enforcement officials not only recovered drugs and guns but also a stolen military rocket launcher. The rocket launcher was illegally taken from a U.S. military base in Korea. During today's hearing Cabrera and Aldan waived their rights to a speedy trial.
