Guam - 26-year-old John Friedrich Olarte was arrested for entering a Tumon condo and forcing himself on a sleeping woman.

According to court documents, the victim was asleep when she believed her boyfriend to be kissing her until she realized the man was holding a sharp object, possibly a knife. The man touched her breasts outside her clothes and asked her to not say anything. He then forced his private parts on her face, prompting her to yell for her roommate. The man fled through the bathroom window taking the woman's mobile phone. The man later texted the victim's boyfriend asking for forgiveness and to not report him.

Olarte is charged with attempted criminal sexual conduct, home invasion, burglary, criminal trespass, and theft of property.
