Guam - Three people have been indicted by a federal grand jury charged with conspiring to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. Javyin Remoket, Frederick Obak, and Amos Ueda were arrested today and were not just charged with conspiracy and attempted possession with the intent to distribute but also giving notice of a search warrant.
According to court documents, Remoket knew that law enforcement had a search warrant for a packaged addressed to Ueda. All three are being held in federal custody.
