SBA recognizes small business leaders

Guam - The Small Business Administration recognized several individuals in our community during an awards ceremony at the Latte of Freedom.  Named the Small Business Person of the Year was Dr. Thomas Shieh. Women in Business Champion of the year Siska Hutapea, Minority Small Business Champion of the Year Romeo Angel, named Family Owned Business of the Year Teresita and William Hagen of Hagen Inc,  Financial Services Champion of the Year is Wayne Santos, Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year is Victor Rodgers and finally Small Business Journalist of the Year is Aldwin Fajardo of the Marianas Variety. Each year the U.S. Small Business Administration honors outstanding small business owners for the personal achievements and contributions to our nation's economy.
