Guam - U drive. U text. U pay. That's what every driver should keep in mind before taking the seat behind the wheel.
In a release from the Department of Public Works, the Office of Highway Safety will be teaming up with Guam Police Department and Airport Police to get the word out on the consequences and dangers associated with distracted driving.
These efforts are in line with April being designated national "Distracted Driving Awareness Month."
A proclamation signing is slated for Wednesday at 10am at Adelup.
