Guam - A member of the Guam Army National Guard was spared prison time. Kenneth Pablo was sentenced to five years probation after admitting that he stole from the federal government. Pablo received a $2,200 monthly housing allowance after claiming he was paying rent to his brother and submitted a bogus real estate lease. Pablo was sentenced to probation and was ordered to pay more than $80,000 in restitution.
