US Naval Hospital Guam Galley Closed to Unauthorized Patrons

by Sabrina Salas Matanane

Guam - Starting April 21st the Naval Hospital's galley in its replacement facility will become a "closed" galley. The facility will be open to inpatients, hospital employees, active duty staff, Civil Service and contract employees and Red Cross volunteers. As we reported starting April 11th through the 20th Naval Hospital employees will begin making the transition into the new replacement hospital. The new facility is close to 300-thousand square feet. It provides 42 beds, 4 operating rooms, two c-section rooms and improved diagnostic and ancillary capabilities. The closed galley concept aligns with military guidelines.
