Guam - Albert Torres was convicted today at the Superior Court of Guam.
Back in December 2012, Torres was caught on surveillance footage burglarizing QMart in Hagatna and stealing $4,000 worth of cigarettes and $200 in cash.
He faces anywhere from 5 to 15 years in prison for burglary as a 2nd degree felony and theft of property as a 3rd degree felony.
His sentencing scheduled for late-April.
