Guam - A superior court grand jury has handed down an indictment against the gunmen and the getaway driver in last month's Yigo Bank of Guam robbery.

Jathan John Tedtaotao, Ricky Mcintosh Jr. and Vincent David Santos were arrested earlier this month in connection to the robbery. Tedtaotao and Mcintosh are accused of walking into the bank armed with handguns and taking more than $11,000 from the teller drawers before fleeing into the nearby jungle. Santos is accused of driving the getaway vehicle while Antonio Quitugua is accused of being the lookout before the robbery occurred. The three are set to appear in court again on Wednesday at 1pm.
