Guam - In running news the 2014 Guam Ko' Ko' Kids Run saw over 300 kids take part in the annual event. The race took place at Ypao Beach Park in Tumon with 3 different age groups, 10-12, 7-9 and 4-6 years old. The course consisted of a 3.3K, 1.6K and 0.6K run. There was a Zumba warm up before the race to get the kids going while parents cheered them on. Runners ran around the park and transitioned onto the beach where they headed down towards P.I.C and back around the park area. After the race kids were able to enjoy a rock climbing wall, carabao ride, face painting as well as other activities. Participants were also given a race t-shirt and medals. Special thanks goes out to GVB, the stations of KUAM, Playport, Docomo Pacific, Hyatt Regency, Mc Donald's, MWD, the P.I.C and numerous other sponsors for helping with this year's run.
