Guam - Two men allegedly involved in a Tumon robbery last week have been indicted by a superior court grand jury.
Theodore Nelson II and Peter Robert Cruz are charged with 2nd degree robbery with a special allegation for possession and use of deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
Nelson is the alleged driver and Cruz allegedly robbed the tourist at knifepoint.
Nelson is currently on pre-trial release to third-party custodians on house arrest while Cruz remains behind bars.
Arraignment is set for next week Wednesday.
