Jeremy Cruz pleads not guilty

Guam - Jeremy Laitan Cruz pleaded not guilty today and was released to a third-party custodian.  He was arrested and charged in the connection to last month's robbery of the Economart in Dededo.

He is accused of using an AirSoft gun to rob the store owner.  He'll be back in court on March 25 to find out when his case will go to trial.

    At 10:21 a.m. on Sunday, The U.S. Geological Survey recorded an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.9 that struck 54 km ESE of Inarajan village, with a depth of 35.5 km.There were no reports made to Guam E911 dispatch of damages or injuries from the earthquake.
