Guam - The five suspects who were arrested in connection to a group rape that occurred in the Santa Ana area in Dededo last year pleaded not guilty today to a superseding indictment. Hen Henry, Oratuch Henry and Betewen Henry along with Gibson Billias and Helpme Roby face charges in connection to the rape of two minor girls who were allegedly forced to drink alcohol, beaten and raped.

The five are scheduled to appear back in court on March 26 to find out when they will go to trial.

Superior Court Judge Arthur Barcinas is still reviewing several pre-trial motions filed by the defense including a motion to separate their cases and a motion to dismiss.
