Guam - "Growing From Conflict Into Inafa'maolek" - that's the theme for Inafa'maolek's Mediation and Restorative Justice Conference scheduled for Wednesday.

From learning to resolve conflicts in the workplace to improving your knowledge of restorative justice in different settings, Inafa'maolek's founder and president emertius Pat Wolff says all can benefit from the conference.

Here he defines the word inafa'maolek.

"It means literally to make good together. So in a loose meaning, it really means to work it out within the group. To settle our differences," he said.

Managers, mediators, attorneys, human resource professionals, social workers, educators and administrators are encouraged to attend.

The conference is slated from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Guam Marriott Resort. Registration is $25 per person and includes lunch. To register, call 475-1977 or email inafamaolek@teleguam.net
