Guam - Fifth grade Guam student Stella German headed to the White House last week to screen her film "We Will Raise A Ruckus Tonight".
In the 3-minute short, the McCool Elementary student meets the criteria for the nationwide competition that asks students to demonstrate how they use technology to learn.
With the assistance of her music teacher, Nicholas Trosclair, German fuses music and technology and records a song and music video featuring Guam's scenic southern sites.
In a release from DoDEA Pacific, German expresses her excitement to meet President Barack Obama and to watch her video in the White House theater.
The Legislative Ethics Committee has dismissed the complaint against Senator Fernando Esteves, and says it considers the matter closed.
