Guam - 40-year-old Bryan Bautista, 27-year-old Nellie Penaflor, and 32-year-old Alan Santos appeared in court today. The three were picked up by police in connection with the Yigo house burglary investigation.  They face drug possession charges, possession of firearms and destruction of evidence.

Police found Santos and Penaflor trying to flush drugs and evidence down the toilet and recovered firearms.  Penaflor and Bautista pleaded not guilty to the charges while Santos' arraignment was continued for a few days until his attorney returns from off island.

Penaflor asserted her right to a speedy trial and a criminal trial setting is scheduled in front of the adult drug court on March 11.
