McCreadie bill establishes stricter sentences for school burglars

Guam - Senator Brant McCreadie has introduced the Safer Schools Act of 2014. Bill 282 aims to stilffen penalties for individuals who burglarize island schools.  The legislation mandates that burglaries committed at schools are felonies of the first degree with a minimum ten-year prison sentence.  McCreadie says our students and teachers deserve a safe environment free from acts of vandalism and burglary

    GFD back up to 8 operable ambulances

    They respond to thousands of calls a year. With that being said, mechanical failures will happen from time to time, but the Guam Fire Department is back up to 8 ambulances serving the island daily.
