Guam - Two men who just finished checking in to probation were caught in possession of crystal methamphetamine.  Criminal Justice Strike Force members were conducting neighborhood checks when they noticed two men inside a vehicle in a parking lot.     

Brian Keith Mendiola Cruz, 31 of Ordot was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II, Possession of Scheduled II Controlled Substance within a Drug Free School Zone.

Zachery Joe Salas, 21 of Chalan Pago is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II Possession of Scheduled II Controlled Substance within a Drug Free School Zone.
