DOC investigating high-ranking officer

Guam - KUAM News has confirmed there's an ongoing internal affairs investigation into a high-ranking Department of Corrections officer.  The department is trying to confirm whether the officer misused a government official vehicle.

Officials would not make any comment about the ongoing investigation because they haven't received the completed reports about the alleged behavior but they did confirm the officer in question has been placed on administrative leave.
