Guam - The Governor's office has released the agency-by-agency breakdown of hay pay plan. According to Governor's Chief of Communications Troy Torres the breakdown is an estimate based on the pro-rata of the 50% implementation of the hay plan. The Legislature has been requesting the information from the Department of Administration for the last couple of weeks.
The Legislative Ethics Committee has dismissed the complaint against Senator Fernando Esteves, and says it considers the matter closed. Resident Barry Mead filed the complaint against Esteves for his role in a protest earlier this year against the live fire training range at Andersen Air Force Base's Northwest Field.More >>
