Man jailed for sexual assault of minor girls for a year

Guam – 52-year-old Rudy Munoz Guzman is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting three female minors multiple times for approximately one year. A woman reported to police that her 12-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted by Guzman. 

As police conducted their investigation, they learned that the Santa Rita man also sexually assaulted two other female minors repeatedly.  Guzman was arrested on 23 counts each of criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, and family violence as well as ten counts of assault and one count of terrorizing. 

He remains behind bars awaiting a magistrate's hearing scheduled for Thursday.
