Guam - Oratuch Henry was denied his request to be released from jail today. Henry is charged with aiding and abetting criminal sexual conduct in connection with the gang rape of two female minors. His attorney, Jay Arriola, says based on the evidence produced to date, his client allowed Hen Henry to borrow his iPad and claims when he got it back, he noticed the photos of the sexual assault of the two girls and deleted the pictures.
Henry was charged along with Hen Henry, Helpme Roby, Betewen Henry and Gibson Billias. The Attorney General's Office strongly objected saying Oratuch deleted child pornography in a very serious rape case and the defense provided no information as to where he would stay if he were to be released since his third party custodians were not approved.
The prosecution meanwhile will be asking for a sample of all of the defendants' urine. Another hearing is set for Thursday.
