Guam - Customs Major Phil Taijeron is scheduled to go to trial before a jury of his peers next week. He pleaded not guilty to charges of terrorizing, disorderly conduct and harassment. Taijeron allegedly rushed onto the Untalan Middle School campus, upset about an alleged bullying incident involving his daughter.
He allegedly yelled and made threats to students and staff and later apologized for his actions.
Jury selection and trial are scheduled to begin on January 22 in front of Superior Court Judge Maria Cenzon.
