Guam - The Guam Police Department's Criminal Justice Strike Force made additional arrests in connection with two robberies that occurred in Tumon. 23-year-old Romeo Evaristo and 29-year-old J.R. Cabrer were arrested on charges of criminal facilitation, conspiracy to commit robbery and guilt established by complicity.
The two were tied to the robbery of a Tumon Heights woman who was trying to get into her home. Tomas Toves Quichocho was already arrested for robbing the woman but was re-arrested for robbery, theft, kidnapping, felonious restraint and terrorizing in connection with the robbery of a Norwegian woman.
